According to Medieval Lands (which ONLY works off primary sources so it's extremely reliable), Ricard had 10 children, no William among them: https://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/IRELAND.htm#_Toc389126214 Wikitree suggests the William de Burgh who married Eleanor Cowley was the son of another William de Burgh (1265-1324), the brother of Richard de Burgh II, Earl of Ulster, but this too is not supported by Medieval Lands, which only lists 2 children of Walter de Burgh, 1st Earl of Ulster and Aveline FitzJohn (Richard, and a daughter Egidia, who married James Stewart, High Stewart of Scotland).
